Q.
What is the connection between tomorrowShopper and Onecard?
A.
tomorrowShopper is independent of Onecard. However, we do use Onecard data and combine it with the information you give us, so that we can get a really good view of what’s happening. It all helps to define the future of shopping.
Q.
How often will I receive tomorrowShopper emails?
A.
Usually tomorrowShopper will contact you once each month. You do not need to respond to every email to remain a member of tomorrowShopper.
Q.
What happens to my answers?
A.
Your personal information and any answers you give to our surveys are treated confidentially and held securely. We will never share or sell your personal information to our partners or third parties. See our privacy policy for the details. In general, we use your answers by combining them with the answers of thousands of other tomorrowShoppers to gain a perspective on shopping in New Zealand. We may also use other information (such as Onecard data) to gain additional insights. We may share the results of our research with our partners.
Q.
I’ve not been sent a survey for some time, why is that?
A.
Don’t worry if you’re not contacted for a while, we rotate our survey participants sometimes to make sure we have an even spread of shoppers. Sit tight and we’ll be back with you soon.
Q.
Can I see the results of the survey I answered, and what’s being done about the issues raised?
A.
We do present a few interesting trends from time to time. We are always keen to hear what you have to say, and we do consider your thoughts and opinions in our decision making.
Q.
Can I join tomorrowShopper if I live outside of New Zealand?
A.
Sorry, only New Zealand residents over the age of 18 may participate in tomorrowShopper.
Q.
Will it cost me anything if I join this panel?
A.
It won’t cost you a thing. Being a tomorrowShopper is completely free and you’re under no obligation. All you need is access to the internet and an email account so you can receive and complete our online surveys.
Q.
Can I have more than one tomorrowShopper account?
A.
No, membership is restricted to one account per person. If you have more than one tomorrowShopper registration please contact us.
Q.
What are the prizes?
A.
We have a whole page dedicated to this question! Please see the prizes page.
Q.
How do I leave tomorrowShopper?
A.

Q.
How can my family and friends join the panel?
A.
Your friends or family can join tomorrowShopper (as long as they are aged 18 or over and resident in New Zealand) by registering on this website. But remember, if you invite them first, you’ll get an extra entry this month's prize draw - you can simply send them a tomorrowShopper invitation by entering their name and email address.
Q.
Can I ask someone else to complete surveys for me?
A.
While your friends and family are welcome to join tomorrowShopper, you may only complete surveys under your own name.
Q.
If I change my email or move house, do I need to let tomorrowShopper know?
A.
Yes, please. Please let us know if you change your email address so we can continue to send you our surveys. And if you move house, you should update your address as this may affect our survey results and if you win one of our monthly prize draws we won't be able to send you your prize. You can update these, or any other details on the registration page when you've logged in.
Q.
I've forgotten my password, what should I do?
A.
